Important Ticket Information
1. Children in elementary school or younger cannot enter the venue without a guardian. All children must be accompanied by a guardian.
2. Due to the dimly lit environment, safety guidelines require one guardian per three elementary school children and one guardian per preschool child.
Examples:
- If you visit the venue with two children in elementary school and one preschool child, two guardians are required to enter.
- If you visit the venue with five children in elementary school and two preschool children, four guardians are required to enter.

Visitor Guidelines

During peak times, you may be asked to wait before entering, even if you arrive at your designated entry time.
If you arrive outside the time specified on your ticket, entry may not be possible.
There is no time limit once you enter, so you may stay until the venue closes.
Re-entry is not allowed after exiting. Refunds will not be provided after entry.

・Visitors unable to maintain stable standing and walking due to intense floor vibrations
・Visitors with medical devices such as pacemakers or defibrillators
・Visitors with heart conditions
・Visitors receiving medical treatment or feeling unwell
・Visitors with injuries or conditions that may worsen due to vibrations
・Visitors who are pregnant
・Visitors wearing excessively high heels
・Visitors under the influence of alcohol or other substances
・Visitors deemed unable to safely enjoy the experience by staff

Immersive Experience Guidelines

・Visitors must maintain stable standing and walking during the experience.
For safety reasons, visitors who require the use of prosthetics, walking aids, or wheelchairs are kindly asked to refrain from participating.
・Children under six years old may participate only if they meet the following conditions:
・There is no minimum age, but the child must be able to stand and walk steadily on both feet, even during intense floor vibrations.
・The guardian must provide close supervision to ensure safety. The guardian must hold the child’s hand throughout the experience and ensure that the child does not lie down or sit on the floor.
・One guardian may accompany only one child under six years old during the experience.
*Please note that the guardian must be 18 years or older, and identification may be required for verification.
・Participants must avoid making contact with the floor with any part of their body other than the soles of their feet during the experience.
・Watching immersive visuals may cause symptoms such as dizziness or nausea, similar to motion sickness.
*These symptoms may occur during or after the experience and could intensify over time.
・Eating or drinking during the experience, including chewing gum or candy, is prohibited.
・If you feel unwell, notify staff immediately.
・Guardians should closely monitor their children during the experience.

Admission

What are the opening hours?
The venue is open from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, with the last admission at 7:10 pm
Note: Hours may change due to special events or other circumstances. Updates will be posted on the official website and social media.
Are there any closure dates?
The exhibition operates according to Tokyu Plaza Shibuya's schedule. However, the exhibition may be closed for maintenance or other reasons. Any closures will be announced in advance on the official website and social media.
What if I miss my admission time?
If you arrive during the exhibition's opening hours on your ticketed date, staff will adjust to accommodate your entry.
Please note: The final admission is 50 minutes before the venue closes.
Are there any restrictions on admission?
Depending on the volume of visitors, you may be asked to wait before entering the venue.
Can I re-enter the venue after exiting?
Re-entry is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
Can children enter the exhibition?
Children are welcome, but a guardian (18 years or older) must accompany all elementary school children or younger.
・For preschool children (6 years and under): One guardian is required per child.
・For elementary school students: One guardian is required for every three children.
・For middle school students and above: No guardians are required.
*Please bring identification for each child (e.g., passport or health insurance card).
Can I enter with a wheelchair or stroller?
Yes, both wheelchairs and strollers are permitted.
*Note: There is no designated storage space for wheelchairs or strollers at the venue.
Some of the content includes intense floor vibrations. Visitors who cannot maintain stability (e.g., those using prosthetics, walking aids, or wheelchairs) are advised not to participate in these specific experiences.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in the venue.
Can I take photos or videos inside the venue?
Photography and video recording are permitted. However, please refrain from using flash, lights, or tripods as they may disturb other visitors. Please also be considerate of other visitors who may be in the frame.
Can I bring food and drinks into the venue?
Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the venue.
However, sealed food and beverage containers are permitted.
Is there a place to store bags or coats?
There is no cloakroom at the venue. Please use nearby coin lockers.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, parking is available at Tokyu Plaza Shibuya. Visitors coming from Route 246 (Sangenjaya direction) should turn left at the intersection of Shibuya Station West Exit.

Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold at the venue. Please purchase tickets in advance through the designated ticket providers.
Same-day tickets are also available online from the ticket providers.
Are there discounted tickets for children?
Yes, discounted tickets are available:
・High school, vocational, and university students: ¥2,200
・Elementary and middle school students: ¥1,500
・Preschool children: Free
Note: All children in elementary school or younger must be accompanied by a guardian (18 years or older):
・For preschool children (6 years and under): One guardian per child.
・For elementary school students: One guardian for every three children.
Are there group or disability discounts?
We do not offer discounted tickets. Please purchase general admission tickets.
If tickets are sold out, will there be more available?
Ticket availability varies in real time.
If tickets are sold out on one platform, they may still be available on other ticket providers.

Experiences Inside the Venue

How much time do I need to experience everything in the exhibition?
It takes approximately 40 minutes to experience all the content in the venue.
There are no time limits for staying inside the venue, so please enjoy at your own pace.
Note: Depending on crowd levels, staff may provide additional instructions.
Are there any restrictions for experiencing the exhibition?
For safety reasons, the immersive experience may not be suitable for the following:
・Children without a guardian present
・Visitors who cannot maintain stable standing or walking due to intense floor vibrations (e.g., those using prosthetics, walking aids, or wheelchairs)
・Visitors with medical devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, or programmable shunts for hydrocephalus that may be affected by vibrations or magnets
・Visitors with heart conditions
・Visitors who are feeling unwell, or who are receiving medical treatment or visitors with conditions or symptoms that may worsen due to vibrations
・Visitors with injuries
・Visitors who are pregnant
・Visitors wearing excessively high heels (e.g., stilettos, platform shoes)
・Visitors under the influence of alcohol or other substances, including those slightly intoxicated, may be denied entry if deemed unsafe by staff
・Any visitors whom staff deem may not have a safe experience

Are there any rules or guidelines to follow inside the venue?
・Please follow the instructions of the staff while enjoying the exhibition.
・Do not touch or lean against the exhibits or walls.
・For your safety, do not run inside the venue.
・The organizers are not responsible for theft, lost items, or misplaced belongings. Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables.

There are no dining or food areas inside the venue.
